The website abdevelopment.ge is owned and operated by LLC AB Development, identification number 448057254, registered in Georgia.

These Terms set out the conditions for using the website. By opening and browsing it you accept these conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

The website is informational: it presents the company and its projects. We do not sell goods or services through it, do not take payments and do not register users.

02The information here is not an offer

Details of projects, layouts, floor areas, prices, construction timelines and infrastructure are published for information. They do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of the Civil Code of Georgia and create no obligation for the company to enter into a contract on the stated terms.

Current prices, availability, payment terms and timelines are confirmed by the sales department and are fixed solely in a written contract.

We aim to keep the information up to date, but we do not warrant that every figure on every page is accurate at every moment. Project characteristics may change during design and construction.

03Renderings and design materials

Differences may concern finishing materials, colours, equipment, planting, landscaping elements and surrounding development. Furniture, appliances and décor shown in renderings are there to convey scale and are not included in the price of a unit unless the contract expressly states otherwise.

Floor plans and layouts are indicative. Actual dimensions are determined by measurement and stated in the ownership registration documents.

04Intellectual property

All material on this website — texts, photographs, architectural renderings, floor plans, drawings, video, the logo, project names and design elements — is the intellectual property of LLC AB Development or is used on a lawful basis.

Without our written permission you may not:

• copy, reproduce or distribute material from the website, including renderings and floor plans;
• use it in advertising, listings, presentations, social media or on other websites;
• alter the material, remove marks and captions from it, or present it as your own;
• use the names and logos of the company or its projects;
• harvest the content of the website automatically (scraping, copying the property database).

Quotation with an active link to abdevelopment.ge is permitted, as is freely sharing links to pages of the website.

Partners and real estate agencies working with our properties are granted rights to use the material separately, by written agreement.

05Links to other websites

The website contains links to the standalone websites of our projects: red-rc.ge, redlevel.ge, life-style.ge, historyhome.ge, as well as to the company's pages on social networks and messaging apps.

By following an external link you leave abdevelopment.ge. The content of third-party resources, including social networks and messaging apps, is governed by their own rules, and we are not responsible for their operation, availability or data handling.

06Personal data

How we handle personal data — what we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have — is set out in a separate document: the Privacy Policy.

07Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

• decisions you make on the basis of information from the website without contacting the sales department;
• temporary unavailability of the website, technical failures and display errors;
• the content of external resources linked from the website;
• losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

These Terms do not limit the rights granted to you as a consumer by Georgian legislation and do not override the company's obligations under concluded contracts.

08Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website running continuously but do not guarantee this. We may change the content of the website at any time, suspend it for maintenance, or discontinue individual pages without prior notice.

09Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the use of the website are governed by the legislation of Georgia.

We prefer to resolve disputes by discussion — write to us and we will try to sort it out. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be heard by the courts of Georgia at the company's place of registration.

10Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. A new version is published on this page with its effective date and applies from the moment of publication. By continuing to use the website you accept the version in force.
