Version 1.0 · effective from 5 August 2026

In short: we collect the name, phone number and email address you leave in our form or send us yourself, so that we can answer your question and suggest an apartment or commercial unit in our projects. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time — one email is enough.

01Who processes your data

This policy applies to the website abdevelopment.ge (including its Georgian, Russian and English versions) and to all contact forms on its pages.

The controller within the meaning of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection is:

We process data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection (No. 3144-XIმს of 14 June 2023, in force since 1 March 2024).

We are not required to appoint a dedicated personal data protection officer. For any matter concerning your data, write to the address above.

02What data we collect

  • Contact form data: name, phone number, email address, the text of your message.
  • Correspondence — messages you exchange with us by email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or other messaging apps.
  • Information you share with us yourself during a conversation: the project you are interested in, budget, preferred layout, purpose of purchase, expected timing.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, the page you came from, advertising campaign parameters from the page URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid), and identifiers stored in cookies.

We do not collect special categories of data (health, religious or political beliefs, ethnic origin, criminal record and so on) and we ask you not to send us such information.

Our offers are not addressed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data of minors. Under Georgian law, processing the data of a person under 16 requires the consent of a parent or other legal representative.

Providing your name, phone number and email is voluntary, but without this data we cannot contact you or prepare an offer.

04Direct marketing and your consent

We send marketing and informational messages only to those who have consented to them — by ticking the relevant box in the form on the website, or by confirming consent in a conversation or in writing. This is a direct requirement of Article 12 of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

You may opt out at any time and without giving a reason. It is enough to:

  • write to ltd.abdevelopmenti@gmail.com with the subject "Unsubscribe";
  • reply "stop" to a WhatsApp or SMS message;
  • click the unsubscribe link in an email;
  • tell our manager during a call.

We stop marketing communications within a reasonable period and no later than 7 working days after receiving your request. Opting out is free of charge and does not affect how we handle your existing enquiry or contract.

05How long we keep data

  • Enquiry data and correspondence: up to 24 months from our last contact with you. This reflects how long choosing and buying property actually takes.
  • Data processed on the basis of marketing consent: until consent is withdrawn. We keep a record of the date and fact of consent and its withdrawal for the whole period of the marketing activity and for 1 year after it ends — as required by Article 12 of the Law.
  • Data relating to a concluded contract: for the period required by Georgian tax and accounting legislation.
  • Data needed to defend legal claims: until the limitation period expires.
  • Cookie data: for the periods stated in section 09.

After these periods the data is deleted or anonymised.

06Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to other companies for their own use. We do use service providers who process data on our behalf and under contracts with us:

Data may also be disclosed to:

  • our employees and the real estate agents working with us — to the extent needed to handle your enquiry;
  • notaries, lawyers, accountants and banks — where necessary to arrange a reservation or a transaction;
  • the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry — when registering ownership;
  • public authorities — where this obligation follows from Georgian legislation.

07Transfers outside Georgia

Some of our service providers (Tilda, Meta, our CRM systems) host servers outside Georgia. This means your data may be transferred to other countries.

Such transfers are made in accordance with Articles 37 and 38 of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection: we transfer data only to providers that ensure appropriate data protection safeguards under contracts concluded with us, and only to the extent necessary for the purposes described above.

If you are located in the European Union, please note: Georgia is not part of the European Economic Area and there is no European Commission adequacy decision in respect of it. By submitting an enquiry you agree to your data being transferred to Georgia so that we can respond to it.

08Your rights

The Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection gives you the following rights:

  • To be informed whether we process your data, which data, on what grounds, from which source, to whom we disclose it and how long we keep it (Art. 13).
  • To access your data and obtain a copy — free of charge (Art. 14).
  • To have data rectified, updated or completed if it is inaccurate or incomplete (Art. 15).
  • To request that processing be terminated and data erased or destroyed (Art. 16).
  • To request that data be blocked — for example, while your request is being considered or while you contest the accuracy of the data (Art. 17).
  • To receive data in a machine-readable format or have it transmitted to another controller (Art. 18).
  • Not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects for you (Art. 19).
  • To withdraw consent at any time and without giving a reason (Art. 20).

How to exercise these rights

Write to ltd.abdevelopmenti@gmail.com. By law we respond no later than 10 working days after receiving your request; in justified cases this may be extended by no more than another 10 working days, of which we will notify you immediately. Requests to block data are answered within 3 working days.

If we refuse a request, we will explain the ground for the refusal and how it can be appealed.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to apply to the supervisory authority or to a court (Art. 22 of the Law).

Since March 2026, supervision of personal data protection in Georgia is exercised by the State Audit Office of Georgia:

09Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential — make the website and forms work. They operate without your consent because the site cannot function without them. Stored until the end of the session or for up to 12 months.

There are no advertising or marketing cookies on this website.

You give consent to analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw it at any time by deleting cookies in your browser settings or changing your choice in the banner.

10Profiling and automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you. We do not build a profile of you and do not use your data for automated ad targeting.

If you nevertheless wish to object to any processing of your data, write to the address given in section 01.

11Data security

We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk: an encrypted connection to the website (HTTPS), CRM access restricted to authorised staff, contracts with our service providers, and access rights management.

No system offers a hundred per cent guarantee. If an incident occurs that may cause significant harm to your rights, we will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours and inform you, as required by Articles 29 and 30 of the Law.

12Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page together with its effective date. We will additionally notify you by email or phone about material changes — those affecting the purposes of processing or your rights — if we hold your contact details.
